You know what I would like?

For "Another Country" not to turn into a novella, the way it's threatening to do.
(Seriously. 8000 words and a lot of them are details about the Healers' treatment of Harry and Harry's resentment of this and Draco's library-spirit? Seriously? You were supposed to be on your way to establishing the relationship by now, story).

Date: 2009-11-20 01:55 am (UTC)I would tell you to just quit, but you are such a fantastic writer, I know I'd hate myself for it.
Seriously, you are a great writer who has a natural ability with words.
How about I hand you some milk and cookies, instead?

Date: 2009-11-22 11:53 pm (UTC)Well, I would have finished that particular story sooner, but then I would probably have begun this one anyway!

Date: 2009-11-23 08:32 pm (UTC)I have to say, I love your writing schedule (although I think I would burn myself out if I tried to work as hard). It encourages me to keep busy during the week, and then have marathon reading sessions of your updated chapters on the weekend. ^_~

Date: 2009-11-22 11:53 pm (UTC)I think the pace of their interaction is about right. I suppose I just didn't anticipate so much interaction.

Date: 2009-11-20 03:05 am (UTC)Um...I don't want to jinx myself, since I'm almost desperate to see long-one-shot #3, Virgin Revelry, get written...but maybe write some short one-shots or little fluffy things? Might make the novellas go away...

Date: 2009-11-22 11:54 pm (UTC)I'm afraid the little one-shots would also turn into novellas, at this point.

and get lost in detailed, long fictions.
Helps me leave the real life plane.

Date: 2009-11-21 10:35 am (UTC)off-topic: I wanted to ask you about something. a pretty long time ago (2007, beginning of 2008) you were planning to write a story called "Written by the Losers". I really liked the description you gave. Later, you stopped mentioning it. Have you completely given up on the idea or might there be some hope that you'll write it sometime later?

Date: 2009-11-22 11:55 pm (UTC)"Written by the Losers" is still in my mind as a plot I'd like to do. More recent ideas keep taking over from it, though.
