I'm glad you liked this! So far as Harry and his personas are concerned, they're real, not figments of his imagination, and they were desperate to survive.
Draco is in love with Harry- not entirely happy about the personas, but knowing that they make him who he is, and still immensely admiring the courage and cleverness that let him invent Metamorphosis and all these people.
The confrontation with Hermione actually comes in two separate pieces, and will be...interesting.
