Harry's vomiting was mostly psychosomatic. One of the worst things that he could ever do, something he'd been trying to avoid for twelve years, has just happened: he's betrayed Ron. Before, he could believe that he hadn't really done that because he did plan to explain to his friends just as soon as he could. But now it's happened.
It will probably depend on whether Draco can describe the wand movements to him.
