There's an argument to be made that Nusante is in the right in his principles (that's the reason Harry agrees with him partially); if people sit back and hide their outrage and indignation, and ignore what they have in common with those who are suffering, then the suffering will only continue. But he really isn't expressing that argument very gracefully.
