Oh, I see. Narcissa cares about Draco's magic more than she does his life. She would rather see him dead than stripped of magic. Because she is a pureblood who believes that magic is more important than anything else in the world, above happiness, above life, above freedom. She (and Lucius) are willfully ignoring the facts of what Daphne did to Draco and how much Harry loves him. I knew that there would be no reconciliation between Draco and his parents, but this... the breach will now be completely irreparable and permanent, even were they to recant and apologize (which they wouldn't). Because they have harmed Harry.
I pray that someone (Draco) shows up and catches her at it. I can't wait to see what Draco does in retaliation.
