I simply can't believe that you've given us a chapter of each Novel today ... perhaps it's a weekend present, but it feels like x-mas with tinsel and gingerbread baking and all the goodies. I read thru in a slightly less than sober state after a Meet the Bar evening filled with ribaldry and consequently will not be able to leave my usual length review.
Briefly, the intricacies of the Pany and Blaise meeting, from seating arrangements to Draco's decision to walk away from his friends was fantastic in the way it played out. I do wonder how much they were still talking about it after they left. The glimpse back into the initial post-coital separation as D & H set about their ways and how Harry's inner voice has left him to clean up his own life. I would really love to read his missives. Probably more writing than he has done in years. The interview should be fun (I wonder if Draco will participate)!?
The fire call between Draco and Mama Malfoy was just the titillating preview I have come to expect. She is so much fiercer in her emotions than I imagine, desperately want to protect her son, while making sure he is happy. I hope that Lucius doesn't go overboard, but how likely is that?
If I have a chance, I hope to re-read and comment more appropriately. But I've got to say that you are just farking awesome!
