Narcissa loves Draco. In this case, that does not equate to understanding or trusting him. It's a sort of blind, very maternal but narrow love. Parts of it are unconditional, but her approval is conditional.
I'm glad you liked the sex scene. I did mean to have Harry mention that he just did to Draco what he liked done to him; I'll probably mention it in the next chapter.
