Oh, don't worry. I think that stories with dramatic happenings in every chapter also verge on the silly, unless the chapters are very long and also include some 'filler' material.
The Pansy-Blaise revelation and the Hermione-Ron will be separate, so you'll get a double dose of drama!
I'm afraid things will get worse in the story before they get better, at least for a while.
And don't worry about it! I'm glad that you keep commenting, and I understand completely about RL interfering with what you want to do.
