Draco and Blaise's relationship won't be fully explored in this story- too much else going on- but it will be hinted at and a few memories talked about. They parted on good terms.
Harry is going to slowly learn better over time. However, he's already gone beyond just "giving Draco what he wants"- he's also realizing he really likes making Draco happy.
The voice will eventually be made entirely clear, but right now it would be OOC for Harry to realize the truth.
