I wouldn't say Draco's very patient during most of his time as a Hogwarts student, except perhaps in carrying out a deception that circumstances alreay favor (like pretending his injury from Buckbeak was much worse than it actually was). This Draco, though, is very patient- probably the most adult one I've written.
