I love that you wrote from so many POVs, and yet none of them was Harry or Draco. And all of the reactions were perfect! James and his anger, Lily and her naiveté, Ginny and her love of sweet romance. The different dynamics the kids each has with Harry and Ginny was particularly interesting, and I especially loved how Lily was mad that Ginny didn’t understand like she did. Oh, and the small details like Lily’s habit of dodging through the door were brilliant! In fact, Lily was exactly as she should have been. Trying to think of herself as an adult, wanting her mother when things went awry… Yes! And I loved the interaction with the Weasleys - you captured the way it would have happened so well, with the awkwardness and the hesitancy.
My love of the dynamic between Harry and Draco can only be expressed in more punctuation. I especially loved: Malfoy’s voice, incredibly composed, said, “Deborah sucked cock better.” When they saw each other at the Weasleys, I let out a whole string of incomprehensible noises. The fire analogy was unbelievably apt. I love how in a piece about Harry and Draco’s romance, you managed to tie in so much more about their lives. Draco’s office, Harry’s house, etc. You’re such an amazing author – thank you so much!!
