(Draco does give Harry legal advice and prepare documents for him, but he also represents him in court, and essentially sets out to break the opposition and help defend Harry from their attacks during the free-for-all that I turned wizarding divorce into). So I created Arguer as a unique category for someone involved in wizarding divorce law, to sidestep the problem.
