Harry is just upset that he's angry at all. Yes, he actually has good reason to be angry at Theodore, but he doesn't see it that way.
And what you've said before (I think you said it?) about Harry not knowing how to deal with the emotions any more still holds true. The potion has protected him for too long, and now relatively normal emotions feel overwhelming.

Harry is thrilled Hermione and Draco got this far. He won't really require much more of them, if they can just be civil to one another.
Harry is not aware that he's showing so much. Or, rather, he thinks he's shown that much already and Draco hasn't reacted, so there's no harm. He's unaware that his anger and lust actually do excite Draco, instead of making him afraid.
