It's ironic how these two men could be the miraculous solution to he other's plight, but are too buried in their own problem to see or act on it. Draco would accept and be thrilled by Harry for his true magic self, and could get him off the medications and make him happy. But now Harry has heard Ginny approved his self-imposed restriction and will hesitate to follow Draco's counsel. And Harry could brutally devour Daphne nasty magic (yesyesyesplease!!!), but won't dare use violence again. Besides, Draco can't (because of the threatening spells) and won't (because of his pride) ask for his help.
This is a really nifty and nail-biting scenario!
Oh, and I reiterate what I said the other day: That witch IS evil and sadistic.
