The words come from this wordlist (http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Concordance:A_Clockwork_Orange). Not all are Russian; some are English slang. And they list pyahnitsa as meaning drunk. Whether it means different things in Russian and Nadsat, or is just used differently in Nadsat, I'm not sure.
