Draco really could be in danger if he talks to Harry; maybe Daphne's put a spell on him to prevent that, too.
Uh, hadn't thought of that... but there are ways to let Harry know without telling him. Draco should start thinking about it in case things get too out of hand (if that's possible, and given Daphne's personality, it is)
