He literally can't fly like he could anymore. The problem is that he could, if he just kept near the ground and hovered, but he doesn't; he wants to swirl into the air and dive and dodge like a daredevil, and his heart can't take that. He worked himself into a heart attack after learning he couldn't strain his heart that way!
