That… was a beautiful, perfect way to end this story. It has a ‘and life goes on’ sort of tone that fits very well. I agree with you: there’s no need for a sequel, the hopeful ending was enough. Knowing bits of the good things and the bad things they’ve gone trough after leaving St. Mungo’s was enough, much better than detail descriptions would have been.

I love how their house reflects the consequences of their time in the maze: lots of light, no stone, rooms to be together, rooms to be apart. It was a great way to say a lot about them without outright saying it.

The sex scene was lovely and hot and I loved that Harry finally admitted that being gay wasn’t a bad thing (ok, he said ‘quite’ but coming from Harry that’s enough), especially because that’s an issue he had before the maze. That he was able to accept himself because of Draco, something that wasn’t a product of the terrors from the maze…

I don’t have words to express how much I loved this story, how enjoyable it was with its perfect mix of horror, romance, angst and humor. One of a kind, no doubt about it :)
