I loved how you wrote maze!Harry. It’s always amazing how well you can do non-human entities. This had the same feeling as light1Harry, only not exactly the same, because he wasn’t light. I think it was a clever idea that the method to bring Harry back was that simple. It made sense, and often the simplest answer is the right answer.
I really want to smack Harry out of his stupidity. Honestly, doesn’t he realize that he’s doing to Draco almost the same Dumbledore did to him? Deciding what’s best for another person, without considering that person’s opinion? But well, Harry can be that dense. Draco will have a hard time making Harry listen to him. But Draco is nothing if not persistent (as Hermione must have learnt) so Harry can argue all he wants, talk to whoever he wants, because Draco won’t let him go now.
“Now,” Draco said in a conversational tone, “I can’t even tell you how angry I am that you chose to do something like that, giving me no choice—“ his voice abruptly rose to a shout on those words, and then died down again “—as to what would happen next. But don’t worry. You’ll get to know my anger quite well in the next few weeks and years, as you heal and we go through therapy together.
That was the best part :D I liked how he said ‘years’, I wonder if Harry took notice of that.
And he did suffer for three months whilst his intestines pulled themselves out of his body and arranged themselves in artistic patterns.
Artistic patterns… XD Richard didn’t suffer forever, but I’m sure those three months seemed like forever for him. That was a cool form of revenge.
I can’t wait for next chapter! Are we going to see Ron and Hermione? I would have liked to read about those first moments after they were freed, and their interactions with Draco, but this is a story from Harry POV, so… I can’t complain, I liked how it turned out.
(I know what Harry’s problem is: he has a thing for denial, can’t live without it. First his sexual orientation, now him being the best for Draco… I’m sure he’ll find something else after that ::lol::)
