well, done with part one and very much looking forward to parts 2 and 3! so glad we finally found out about The Incident. i agree with what others have said--typically harry to berate and frighten himself with the idea of what could have happened and ignore the fact that what could have happened actually didnt. im sure the Incident was really horrible and terrifying for both ginny and harry but i think over time he's built it up to even more horrifying proportions. and ginny really did play with fire...sorry, never been the biggest ginny fan, in terms of thinking her right for harry (not just because i love me some h/d but even strictly in terms of canon, i never thought she was right for harry).
but i digress. you've created a very complex situation, chock full of ethical and moral and political and emotional dilemmas which i suspect will only intensify in the next part. nott and diggory make me very, very nervous for draco and harry. i sort of hope draco does stay away from the potion, as i fear it may make him overconfident. and i hope draco's little plan to convince harry to stop taking the potion of his own accord works as well, because i agree, harry doesnt really need it. i wonder if he ever considered that alcohol was a factor in his emotions going nutso. anyway. i am very much looking forward to wrist-licking and other activities in part 2 and as i understand it, part 3, even more so.
