Ahhhhhhhh. Magic rises when he feels extreme emotion like arousal, and because Draco alluded to his magic behaving like a barely contained beast, it takes control of Harry. Not escape and doing it's own damage, but literally taking over Harry who has no control over his body. And this would cause him to, plow, right in shall we say?
