Well, I do have more sympathy for Harry simply because Draco caused it all. There really wasn't a problem until he infected Harry with the potion; that encouraged Harry's paranoia and perception that people were talking about him, even though they weren't.

Ginny's perceptions are probably the most complicated bit of the story, but very hard to explain from Harry's POV. Essentially, she'd heard Harry moaning Malfoy in his sleep for years, and assumed he was lusting after Draco. (True). But she only saw his face changing into Lucius's the past week, and so she assumed he'd been longing to resurrect Lucius all along. (Untrue). She chose commitment as the logical first step.

Good. Exactly what that last scene was supposed to accomplish.
