Harry hasn't sensed Dark magic from Draco, but that might be because the things that have been transformed or used in Dark magic have actually been removed from his body.
I was trying to slip in more hints about the maze along the way, but I did think it was time for an explanation based on the confused comments I was getting...and of course Harry had reason to want one.
Harry is a bit horrified to find himself doing that to Draco, just because you don't come on to a horribly injured man. He'd feel the same way about that particular aspect of things if Draco was a woman.
And Draco's injuries contribute to why he sees himself as a hero, too. If Draco were less injured and, especially, could talk, then Harry would be less inclined to see him as a victim. (He knows Draco doesn't want to be seen as a victim, but he keeps doing it anyway).
