Thanks. Hermione is the voice of reason and ethics in this story; Draco doesn't care for obvious reasons, and Harry doesn't care because Hermione's health is more important to him than abstract moral considerations riding on a potion which doesn't even exist yet.
Draco will be startled indeed at some of the "common sense" things Harry comes up with in future chapters.
