Harry thinks he's achieved all his victories with luck (and you can argue there's a huge element of that in the canon victories). So yeah, I think he'd say that Draco is a large part of the reason he's winning now.
Well, I've never seen a Hitchcock movie, but I've read a lot of Stephen King, so I wouldn't be surprised if there was an influence. :)
