Ooh, nice and long, but still readable in one sitting! I'd been saving it for now, when I had some time to enjoy it. And how very lovely it was! Poor Draco (in the early chapters), I wanted to hold him in my arms and comfort him just like Harry did. But I absolutely loved how Harry gently encouraged Draco into regaining his own strength of will, and pride, and well-being.
And I actually liked how you DIDN'T make the ending all nice and neat and "they found the bad guy and fixed Draco's face and everything was perfect." It was interesting to read a somewhat happy and satisfying ending that didn't include this. It seemed much more realistic, and less like a fairy tale. Even though I do adore fluffy fairy tales, too, in the proper time and place:)
Anyway, lots and lots of good parts, I won't list them all, but I certainly enjoyed this whole thing. I liked the part with George a lot, and I also liked that you made Raphael seem more human toward the end. I wanted to dislike him, but I just couldn't. There are so many shades of grey in human nature, and you have portrayed them so well here.
