Thank you! I had a lot of fun writing a Harry chasing Draco for once, and slowly persuading him that Draco could be taken care of.
In this case, the major point with Raphael was that they didn't actually have any evidence, especially when Draco began to doubt that it was Raphael's voice speaking those words to him. Maybe they could find out at some distant point in time that it was Raphael who cursed Draco, but they needed much more substantial proof.
