Thanks! She really isn't insane in a "normal" way. For one thing, she's able to grasp that most other people won't agree with her, so she has to hide the delusions.
Glad you liked Draco. I thought it was about time he showed that he has strength, too, since Harry's rescued him several times over the course of the story.
Harry's win that way would indeed have been too simple. And I wanted to give Draco the chance to succeed.
