I can see Ron being hotheaded, and then being too proud to apologize for the injuries he caused. But really, family feud aside, Hermione should have pretty deep issues with Draco. Expecting her to just accept him is like expecting someone who's been called racist insults to accept the racist. It'll take time and work.
Hermione does hope that Ginny can lure Harry back to her. At least she's no longer looking for it to happen around every corner, though.
