And yeah, reasoning rather flawed, but Draco really hasn't spoken openly of what he wants with him, other than claiming that he wants Harry as a lover once, right after they got out of the box. Harry has used that to convince himself that Draco really is only teasing and has accepted that he'd be happier having sex with someone who isn't bound by those tight marriage vows.
