Harry will probably have a breakdown soon, but it probably won't be the guilt over George's death alone which causes it. (He's got so much else to carry, after all). But it's interesting that you've picked up on some of the possible reasons Ginny might not want to save their marriage- she mentions them next chapter- except that those vows bind them, so she wouldn't be able to have a life or any sexual partners either if she left Harry.
Hermione talks with Harry in the next chapter, though not with Draco (she's still a bit, "Ewww," about approaching him).
