Harry is already planning his speech, about how he loves Draco and wants him to live the fullest life possible, and ignoring the sexual dimension would not be the fullest life possible. So far, he doesn't actually realize (because Draco has not come to the same kind of revelation) that Draco might have deep feelings for him back. He still thinks it's mostly flirting and teasing.
Narcissa is very, very happy. When she finds out Harry Potter was the cause of that happiness...well, she will do something interesting.
