Awww, poor Harry and Severus, dancing so carefully around each other, when really they both just want to bond in some way. Draco's ever-increasing thoughtfulness in this story is impressive, especially when contrasted with reactive Ron and Hermione. As Severus thought in an earlier chapter, it's rather like Harry sprinkled some Gryffindor (or Hufflepuff?) dust over him, even though in reality a lot of other outside factors have also played a part in changing him. Your slightly-broken-slightly-fragile-yet-strong-and-silent-and-Slythernish-Harry sucks me in every time. The big eyes! The uncertain body language! The occasional highly emotional revelations, after which he usually flees! How can Severus not just want to wuv him and hug him and make him his son in every sense of the word? *pushes Harry and Severus together* But that does leave more room for Draco to comfort him, in various ways, so it's not all bad :D
