It's strange, because Harry and Draco would probably say they are not actually in love with each other yet. But they are certainly planning to become physically intimate, and Harry probably feels more strongly about Draco than Draco himself realizes.
Ginny was specifically dismayed about Harry's nightmares and his fits. She didn't know how to handle them or solve them, and she felt like she should have been able to solve all of Harry's problems.
