I don't want all my writing to be the same, mostly. (There are a few fanfic authors I really liked but quit reading because every story was essentially positing the same versions of the characters and their interaction- Draco always being perfect and misunderstood and Harry having to win him over, for instance). There are some dynamics I know I'm very prone to, namely Draco saving Harry, and I don't want to write them every single time.
