I haven't seen Pan's Labyrinth. I was mostly just trying to come up with a kind of dangerous creature that would be especially disgusting to Harry.
Draco is probably clutching the spells to himself so that he can do a few things Harry can't, but maybe now that he has evidence of that in other areas, he'll share.
