The scene with the massage was brilliant. And I don't think Draco is the one who killed Keatson, because, while it's true he said that he would do anything for his clients, Draco immediatly thinks of spells. He grew up surrounded by magic, and I don't think killing someone with something as Muggle as a knife would occur to Draco.
