I think Scorpius kind of knows that Harry and Draco are in a relationship in this one, but he doesn't really know what that means, yet- and you're right, he'll probably regret the knowledge.
Scorpius is most anxious to assure his teachers that he knows the proper grammar (even though he doesn't, not all the time).
