Malfoy... wow. I want to like him, but he is really insane! He makes it sound like he is the one responsible for the death, then says he isn't. He tries to seduce Harry in the middle of an investigation of a murder, which borders on the selfish and sneaks very close to anti-social. But he seems to want to please Harry, but that is also stalkery and intense.
And I get the feeling that regardless of Harry's occlumency, something is cueing in Malfoy about Harry. Scary and interesting, can't wait for more!
