New story idea
May. 19th, 2008 12:35 pmA new story idea came to me last night and this morning and worked itself out in those moments when I hovered between sleep and wakefulness. It is, of course, novel-length. Nearly all the Harry/Draco stories that come to me this way are.
( Epilogue-compliant and child-heavy, yay! )
Aurea Mediocritas will have a lot more characters than I’m used to working with, and will also try to cleave closer to canon characterizations (Draco: Not really that deep, Harry: Kinda dumb at times). I’ll also have Harry falling in love with Draco first this time but ‘pursuing’ him by trying to get him back together with Astoria instead of wooing him outright. It’s all a big chaos, kind of like Harry’s life.
I can’t wait to start it.
