Most of the time, I think jealousy goes the Stupid Misunderstanding route, where the characters don't have any reason to distrust each other or not talk to each other but still don't, and then I get tired of it really fast. (This despite liking it when Draco is possessive. Go figure). At least, when my characters don't talk to each other, I try to make it because of the talking they've already done, angry words, rather than because they see something happen and misinterpret it and get all hurt and then annoy the other characters by refusing to actually explain what they've seen.
And damn, I hope this Draco is luckier. He deserves it after all he's already been through.
