I wanted Draco to tend to Harry's leg as a partial acknowledgment of Harry's wish that he thought someone should be strong for him.
I think their first time had to be imperfect. They've been through too much, even now, to understand each other without some barriers in the way.
I really did want, in a way, to tie up the story and show them living happily ever after, but I couldn't think of a way to do that and still keep it short. I'm very glad you like it, and glad you let me do it for you!
