I agree that a relationship based on physical repulsion wouldn't be healthy- but neither is a relationship based purely on sex. Draco will have to learn how to relate to Harry outside the bedchamber, which is something he probably never quite learned to do the first time around.
What really hurt Harry was not the suggestion that he hide his face, but Draco calling him a monster. The way Harry sees it, Draco could have broken up with him without becoming verbally abusive.
