Draco would probably call himself a half-romantic. He's not going to simply marry to please his parents or to protect the family, but on the other hand, he's not going to marry someone who would be utterly useless to the family just because he's in love.
As far as Draco's concerned, Harry is now his. They're both members of the same family, Draco likes him, and neither Lucius nor Narcissa want him as a romantic partner. Who else would he choose? He's going to be surprised at the way Harry thinks of it.
