Harry doesn't plan to stick around long enough to receive those instructions. :) Other than that, he doesn't really know what Draco meant, so he largely ignored that comment.
And yes, Draco does have an unfair advantage, and has since Harry agreed to come to the Manor. That will be changing soon. Harry is irritated enough now to do something about it rather than just concentrate on healing Lucius.
Draco is very, very disappointed in Harry for neglecting his own health. He can understand Harry's wariness about Malfoys, but not rudeness, not ingratitude, and not frankly childish behavior.
You will see what Narcissa does with the Pensieve in the next chapter. And it's not certain that Emptyweed cast the curse yet.
