Draco has a lot to think about: the way his father is being treated, the new insights Harry's words gave him, and the fact that Harry is now bonded so closely to the family. So his approach in the next chapter is very different.
I've never done a story that's close to this before in the relationship the Malfoy parents have with Harry. Glad you're enjoying it so much.
At the moment, I'm utterly unsure how long it will take, because it keeps disguising the plot twists.
