See, Harry felt like Draco was saying, "Your feelings don't matter" to him- that his reasons for not wanting to help Draco's business out were stupid no matter what they were. He also didn't feel like Draco was participating fully in the argument, but treating him like an adult treats a child whose objections don't matter much because the child doesn't have the power. It comes down to power and trust, as you see in the next chapter.
Harry didn't tell him about the Pensieve, no- a bad thing. On the other hand, he doesn't really believe he needs to reintegrate, if by that you mean get rid of his personas. He would be extremely resentful if Draco wanted to use his personas to help out his business but otherwise wanted him to get rid of them.
Control is also an issue in the next chapter. Really, though I want to comment on more of the wise things you say, I can't without thoroughly spoiling the next chapter.
