The concealed Legilimency ability wasn't something I had come up with, but then again, I've been looking for conspiracies in all the wrong places (you devious author, you). He didn't seem too proficient at it though, but I think Harry's means by which he bargained out shows a great deal of acumen regarding his position.
Why do I think that Hermione and Millicent are going to spike Lucius drink with Desire? I'm trying to imagine what he might most loathe about himself and am indeed perplexed. This will be so much fun to watch!
I'm sorry, but even the Wizengamot should have the appearance of fairness. How in the world can a secret trial, that won't allow a prisoner to call witnesses on his own behalf, be considered remotely fair?. Unavoidably detained Kingsley, sealed courtroom, accused without counsel or ability to present other evidence, humph! This charade is beyond reproach and will be interesting to watch, regardless of the outcome. While I'm impressed that "they" were able to pull this off, I'm quite sure they haven't really thought this through. Harry saying he wants Veritaserum and can they afford to deny him? Poor Prunella and Eleanor ... no one told you what to do in this situation? I guess your script wasn't so well written after all!
