Another one of these fairly soon after the last, but that’s partially because I want to nail down the novel idea I had last night before it could get away. (I lay awake for an hour constructing a plot and detailed outline, and then woke up four hours later with a title in mind. Ideas are seldom that determined).

Not that many new ideas at the moment, but I thought I would post this as I'm toying with what idea to take up when the stories that are currently running are done.

It's possible that my replacement for Providence will be Incandescence, my story about Draco as a novelist who writes books based on thinly fictionalized accounts of war heroes' lives and now wants to write one about Harry. But I don't know if it would provide enough of a contrast to Intoxicate the Sun, especially since the first letters of their titles are rather similar and could be confused by readers.

I haven’t done one of these in a while! Then again, I haven’t had as big a crop of ideas as I’ve gotten in the last few days.

3/3: This is something I’ll be trying to do on a weekly basis from now on, partially because I often lose track of the date when something was posted, partially because I sometimes feel impatient with the pace at which I write stories and it would be good to have something to remind me of what I have actually accomplished in a week. (Also, next week I’ll be going on a trip and I really won’t get a chance to work on the stories for six days or so).
