I'm not sure Hermione would have listened to that point unless Harry found just the right words to explain things to her. She does have certain opinions about what the best things to do in certain situations are. She accepts that Harry loves Draco; she doesn't accept that Draco could have changed Harry's life so much. Of course, Harry didn't really try to explain that, either. Hermione's attack on Metamorphosis caught him completely by surprise.

(I think I have a more generous view of Hermione than many people here. Of course, I'm writing here).

Harry has convinced himself that Draco wouldn't want to help if he realized the "truth" about Harry's personas. Of course, Harry has put too great a trust in Hermione's POV and just assumed that Draco would agree with her, which is also wrong of him.
